Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • Custom designs may take slightly longer.

​Shipping Time:

  • Standard shipping timelines range from 5–8 business days depending on location.

  • Metro cities in India: 4–7 business days

  • Non-metro & remote areas: 7–10 business days

  • You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. ​

Delivery Partners:

  • Orders are shipped via trusted delivery partners.

  • ​We work with reputed courier partners to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

  • Please ensure that your address & contact details are correct to avoid delivery delays.

  • If there are any unexpected delays or issues with your order, I am always here to help.

Returns Policy

We want you to love what you wear! Please review review the size chart while purchasing and the return conditions below:

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You receive an incorrect product (wrong size or design)

  • ​Your product arrives damaged or defective

Conditions for return:​

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Mandatory sharing of unboxing video (package opening video) clearly showing the issue via email to orders@swatvainks.com or WhatsApp at 9619513967

    • This helps me verify the claim and offer a quick resolution.

    • Without the video proof, I won’t be able to process a damage-related return or refund.

    • Once verified, I’ll guide you through the exchange or refund process.​

Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, you may choose between:

  1. Replacement with the same/new item

  2. Refund to original payment method (processed within 5–7 business days)

 
Refunds are only applicable in the case of damaged or wrongly shipped products. Please review the size charts while purchasing.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change!

  • If you place your order before 7:00 PM, you can cancel it up to 7:00 PM the same day.

  • If you place your order after 7:00 PM, you can cancel until 11:00 AM the next morning. 

  

After these windows, we’ll start processing your order, and cancellations won’t be possible.
